About our Rates

I work on an Hourly Rate but am also a Fast and hard worker so the job will get done before you know it. The rate charged is non-negotiable since it also includes all of my Cleaning Supplies, etc. And Non-Refundable.

I am not Liable for any property damage so please be sure to inform me of any special Cleaning instructions to avoid incidents.  

Cancel or Change of Date Fees

We dont Like to charge you extra but we are running a business and require you cancel 8 days Before your Scheduled Appointment or there is a $10 Cancellation Fee that will be billed to your Home or Directly to your Credit card.
